How do I know I am getting a genuine product?
Our products are all dispensed through White Pharmacy, who is a registered member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. The White Pharmacy products are all obtained from the largest pharmaceutical wholesalers in the US, such as Eli Lily, and Pfizer. Each product is produced with its own product license number, catch code for tracing the manufacturer source, and the expiration date.

How is the medication shipped?
We ship our products overnight through Royal Mail Express Delivery. The orders are shipped in plain packaging that only has the recipient's address. There is also a Private & Confidential label on the packaging to ensure you package arrives unopened.

How do I know my credit card information is safe?
We use the gold standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This technology ensures the privacy and protection of your information through encryption of your details at all times while transmitting. We are also 100 percent compliant with PCI (Payment Card Industry).

Why do I have to give my medical information?
The industry has strict guidelines in place to protect your safety, and with these regulations, we have to ensure that a qualified doctor has determined the medication poses no risks for you. Should I inform my Physician?
We are 100 percent confidential with any of your information. Informing you physician is totally up to you, and we can update your physician by letter of any of the products you use through us.

You will need to relay to the pharmacist any and all symptoms you may be experiencing. The pharmacist will try to assist you as best they can. Contact your primary care giver for medical advice if the symptoms are severe.
